Collection Check List

Please bring with you...

• Your original insurance certificate or cover note. For all new vehicles insurance certificate or cover note must be with GD Browns prior to registration*
  *Faxes and photocopies are not acceptable by DVLA

If you are financing your bike or scooter, you must also bring the following

• Driving Licence – Card and Paper part
• Proof of current address* (Bank statement or utility bill)
  *Must be dated within last 3 months
  
  

Payments:

There are several ways to arrange final payment

• Debit Card – No Charge
• Credit Card – Payments over £500 incur 2% charge
• Bank Transfer – GD Brown bank details available upon request
• Finance – Must be accepted and funds cleared
• Personal Cheque – Must be cleared before collection
  
  

Collection:

• Please allow ½ hour for handover of vehicle
• Last collection at 5pm (3pm Saturdays)
  
  

Questions:

• We will be able to answer any questions you have regarding your new Motorcycle or Scooter. We suggest you make a note of your questions so that the GD Browns team can address them on the day. Should they be of urgent concern we are available on 01483-427979
